It's our anniversary and this sundae was the perfect finish after dinner. The servers always greet us with a smile and genuine love.
Came here for lunch to sit at their counter and have their double burger. Taste exactly how a classic American burger should taste. The meat Patty was thick and juicy, lettuce was crisp, and the mustard was the right amount. The fries were great as well. Definitely worth eating.
Good food, good portions, but menu prices are out of this world ! Better off going to the San Gabriel Valley for affordable restaurants.
Wow! I ordered the #1 and it was pretty fantastic. I really enjoyed the homecut fries. The atmostphere is true to that old school 50's vibe.
Pretty good breakfast. Has a nice 50's style to it. Prices are very reasonable. Also has one of the few bathrooms in the area. Doesn't sound significant, but it is if you need it!Update: Shakes are lame. But everything else is good.
Good affordable burger joint. Food is great for the price. The make a great no frills burger. Only issue is that's it's on 6th Street and there just seems to be some wacky characters on 6th around here.
I hadn't came here in for ever and I can honestly say it is still great to eat. I brought my brother and he loved it. the staff are so nice and cheerful enjoy every visit .
I loved the burger and the atmosphere. Great customer service.
The burgers are packed full of flavor and yet still affordable. it was very affordable and has good quality!!!
Basic burger is just basic burger$ 5.95 +tax= $6.52( but 2-3x the cost of burger king, Carl's jr ) just for burger. Customer Service great. Not at appealing location. Interior is small like old happy days mom& pop diner.
My Korean bf takes me to all the local Korean places. Lol. I love this place! My fav is the cha chang mein and Peking chicken. The chicken is spicy and they are very generous with the portion. Service is a little slow, but they were busy. Busy place=good place.
I get the medium spicy chicken, with fries and always with an extra side of coleslaw and love it! It's the best spicy chicken place I've ever tried and it's always an event when we go here. Great quality food and excellent service leave me always craving more.
Had the eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, toast combo with OJ for less than $10. Can't beat that anywhere in DTLA.
We ate here a few times. It was excellent food and super busy every time we went. Great Burgers
Worthwhile taking time to be there. Serve with freshly cooked meat but fries are a little over cooked. Some hint of in-n-out freshness. Price is relatively competitive. Not many tables are ready, but there is a bar table and stools for dinning alone. Interior has retro style from aging furnishings. Location is not bad, not clean neighbor, but you may enjoy 70’s style street view from the store.Value 4Taste 4Freshness 4Location 3Atmosphere 3Seat availability 3Instagramability 3
Went here after The Last Bookstore. Cute little hole in the wall spot with burgers and veggie burger options.
Great food! Made with love, however be very clear about your order. You might end up with a delicious mini burger instead of the actual burger you thought you were going to get. Fries always perfect. Chicken freshly cooked. Excellent for a spot around the way. Prices are incredible!
This place is really good, went on a Thursday afternoon so it was pretty lonely. Reminds me of IN N OUT and tastes similar. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant itself was very clean even the bathrooms!
This place is literally blowing me away. The D-Town Burger Bar factor is high for suprising me with a burger that belongs on the Top 10 Burgers in the Bay Area. Maybe Top 5, and who knows, could even compete fiercely with the best for the top spot. Totally unassuming, D-Town Burger Bar 's is connected to the venerable sister dive to Los Angeles, CA Lucky 13, and you can order your food while enjoying a tasty local East Bay brew or whiskey.
Great pricesGood foodAnd good customer service
